A very special event took place last week and brought together Evoca's global managers for an inspiring experience. For over one day and a half in Austria, Evoca people had exemplary discussions around the Group strategic roadmap to continued success.

Interactive breakout sessions were held in order to dive deeper into five strategic topics, for each of which the workshops were prepared and conducted by internal colleagues. Also, the attendees had the possibility to get hands-on with cutting-edge innovations from the R&D team: it was an immersive experience that sparked innovation and collaboration.

Alongside all the work to drive our strategy forward, there was time to further strengthen the leadership team on a personal level. A torchlight hike in the fresh air and relaxed evenings with good food and drinks brought the colleagues closer together as a team.

Overall, Evoca first Management Conference was a roaring success, fuelling our passion for what we do and stand for at Evoca!
