PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Purposes connected with or instrumental to candidate search and selection activities.

Data are stored for future selections in the event that your initial application is unsuccessful, subject to your prior request expressly given at the bottom of this Privacy Notice.

Should you decide not to take advantage of this additional service by not authorising your Data to be stored and processed for future selections, consideration of your application for the current selection shall not be affected; however, your current application shall not be considered for future selections.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

Data are stored during the entire selection process and are erased at the end of the process, barring further storage authorised by you (see below)

2 years from the end of the calendar year in which the selection ended.

Upon the expiry of the above mentioned storage terms, the Data shall be destroyed or made anonymous, in compliance with technical erasure and backup procedures.

CONFERMENT OF DATA

Compulsory for the search and selection of personnel. Refusal to provide Data denies consent to carry out said activities and thereby does not consent your application to be taken into consideration.

RECIPIENTS OF DATA

The data may be communicated to third parties operating as autonomous owners or processed, on behalf of the Company, by third parties designated as Responsible, who have received adequate training in operations. Said parties fall into the following categories: companies, including companies that belong to the same group, whose owner uses Data for purposes of candidate selection, recruiting and evaluation.

SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED FOR DATA PROCESSING

Data may be processed by personnel in the offices deployed by the company for the above mentioned purposes, expressly authorized to process the data and who have received adequate training in operations.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA IN COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION

Your data may be transferred and processed in one or more nations within or outside the European Union. A complete list of the countries in which we operate is available on our internet page www.evocagroup.com.

We have the faculty to transfer personal data outside the European Union exclusively to those countries deigned able by the European Commission to offer a suitable level of protection (on the following site you can find a list of these countries: http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/international-transfers/adequacy/index_en.htm), or where the Evoca Group has arranged adequate measures to preserve data privacy (for which we usually adopt one of the forms of data transfer contracts approved by the European commission of which you can find a copy at: http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/international-transfers/transfer/index_en.htm).

USERS’ RIGHTS – COMPLAINT TO CONTROL BODY

By contacting the Privacy Office via e-mail at privacy@evocagroup.com, users may ask the owner to supply the data referring to their person, cancel the data, correct any inexact data, integrate incomplete data, limit processing according to art. 18 of the GDPR, as well as to deny processing in cases of the Company's legitimate interest.

Users may also, when processing is based on consent or the contract and effected automatically, receive data in a structured form, of common use and legible by an automatic device, and also, when technically feasible, to transmit them to another owner without impediment.

Users may revoke consent at any time.

Users have the right to forward complaints to the competent Control Bodies.
